I'd probably look at removing items from startup not needed but that would be for general performance improvement not due to current issue you're reporting. I do not believe any of them are part of the issue or cause of reduced system performance here beyond normal. The information below is just general questions or things to jog your own memory. Post back your results and we'll go from there. Reboot the computer and see if any issues again with just that Malwarebytes protection module on.
